A young woman in a red mini skirt strides confidently down the iconic hall past several older women wearing floral hats, gloves and full-length overcoats. Gazing down the corridor, overseen by the mythical giants Gog & Magog, we are transported to another time and place, evoking feelings of childhood nostalgia for this famous Melbourne landmark.
